1) What is your weekly training/exercise routine?
I try to work out at least 30 min – 1 hour, 4 to 5 times per week. My go to place is B.You. I’m obsessed with their bounce classes and their 30 minute sweat sesh is amazing. You get all of your cardio and strength training mashed together for a sweaty and gratifying workout!
2) How do you prepare for a workout?
Honestly, I like to drink a cup of coffee before I work out. It gives me a little boost. I also eat a little protein, like a hard-boiled egg and hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.
3) What do you eat, drink or do for quick energy?
I’m a coffee fantastic. It’s not the best, but it gets me through. I try to drink it black or with very little non-dairy paleo friendly creamer called nut-pods. No sugar. For a quick energy or pick me up, I eat all natural RX bars. There are no artificial ingredients and it makes me feel good.
4) What is your daily nutritional meal plan when training?
I stick to a whole 30 diet. No sugar, no dairy. Real whole foods. No preservatives and I try to eat as organic as possible.
5) What do you snack on between meals when training?
Rx bars, almonds, cashews, fruit.
6) What are your fitness and health goals?
To keep feeling good, be healthy, strong and push myself every day! I love B.you because it’s so motivating and it’s nice to have a group of girls who really are there to encourage you to be stronger!
