Where are they now: Bailey Higgins

LWSN highlights a local native that plays at the collegiate level every Monday. If you have a suggestion on a female athlete to highlight , send an email to conor.revell@gmail.com. This week’s feature is on former Assumption field hockey star Bailey Higgins.

Higgins shined during her four years at Assumption and has shined at Michigan State as her career starts to wind down.

The defensive standout leads a stout defensive line for the Spartans and is the leader despite not stuffing up the stat-sheet.

Higgins has been a three-year starter.

The Spartans are 4-9 this season.
