American mom fulfills 20-year promise at Milan Cortina Olympics
Christine McCarthy deserves *** gold medal in follow through for an idea that she came up with 20 years ago. Christine McCarthy made *** promise to herself 20 years ago. I was at the Torino Olympics in 2006 pre them. Free him, free all of them, and from the day I did it, I said when I have *** family, they're coming back to do this experience. 20 years after she went to the 2006 Torito Olympics with friends, she's back at an Italian Olympics. It's *** vibe. It's amazing. With her family. We just roll down the street and we had somebody buy us drinks randomly, and we've met several athletes already. We met the Canadian bobsledding team, the curling team for Italy, and they are happy. All the same experiences that she did all those years ago. All the people are just like, Hey, I can, I'll take *** photo with you, and everyone's like partying on the streets and they're like everyone's like rooting for their country. Everyone's together. I feel like it's such *** great thing in my eyes, very pretty. What are your buddies going to say about that picture? *** lot of brain rot. I mean, it's just it's an amazing place where people come together and everybody's rooting for their country, but rooting for all the athletes. I still think this is the coolest trip I've ever been on in my life, and it turns out mom's 2nd Olympics is better, even better, because I get to see it through their eyes.
