'We are so proud': Second YALL class graduates in Louisville
WLKY is celebrating a special group of local students.
Wednesday night, we welcomed members of the 2025 YALL class to our studios for a graduation ceremony.
YALL, or Youth Ambassadors Leading Louisville, was created by Mayor Craig Greenberg and First Lady Rachel Greenberg to offer leadership opportunities to high school students.
They promote and participate in mayoral-sponsored events like WorldFest, Hike, Bike and Paddle, and Light Up Louisville.
“You guys are often the first face that people see when they enter a city event. So you might be giving a shirt out at a race or greeting somebody at WorldFest. And we are so proud to have you as our ambassadors and to have you represent us," Rachel Greenberg said.
Fifty-five new students will be welcomed to the 2026 class during an orientation ceremony next week.
WLKY is a proud partner of the YALL program.
