A driver has been charged with murder and DUI after a Shively crash left a woman dead and four others injured on Monday.Police said the crash happened around 8 p.m. in the area of Rockford Lane and Dixie Highway.When officers arrived, they found a woman believed to be in her mid-30s dead at the scene. Another woman was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Police said the woman who was killed was sitting at a bus stop when the crash happened.In an update Tuesday, Shively Police said a third women was also transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Two other people also suffered minor injuries during the incident.A driver, Kevin Moore, 36, has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, murder, assault, wanton endangerment, reckless driving, disregarding a traffic light and criminal mischief.Police said the investigation is ongoing.
