Police said a man was taken to the hospital after being shot in Shively Monday night.Shively police responded to the 1700 block of Kennedy Road around 9:32 p.m. about a shooting. This is not far from Dixie Highway.Officers found a man in his early 40s suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.All parties have been accounted for, police said. They said there is no threat to the community.Police have not said if charges will be filed.The investigation is ongoing.

Shively police responded to the 1700 block of Kennedy Road around 9:32 p.m. about a shooting. This is not far from Dixie Highway.

Officers found a man in his early 40s suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
All parties have been accounted for, police said. They said there is no threat to the community.
