This week's Waterfront Wednesday concert is turning into Waterfront Thursday.Bad weather and poor site conditions are forcing organizers to push the event back a day, they said.Organizers say the event will still run from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., but it will now take place on Thursday, May 28 instead of Wednesday, May 27.This marks the first time in the event's history that it hasn't taken place on a Wednesday.Officials also announced a change to the lineup.Previously scheduled headliner Arlo Parks will no longer perform due to prior commitments.Instead, Louisville-based band MODISTE will headline the rescheduled show, and two more local artists will also be announced through WFPK and Waterfront Parks' social media channels.The Monarch Living Room Stage Bluegrass Jam, which was originally scheduled for Wednesday, has also been moved to a later date.
