Although Racing players strive to reach each fan, their availability due to training, travel, and games is limited. If you are interested in having a member of the club participate in your event, please review the information and submit a request below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button has-custom-width wp-block-button__width-100\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/soccer-holdings.formstack.com\/forms\/event_interest_form\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">racing louisville player\/staff appearance request<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"guidelines\"><strong>Guidelines<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Please refer to the Racing Louisville schedule prior to submitting your request, as appearances will not be scheduled on the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Game days<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Day before games<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Travel days (exceptions may be permitted for non-traveling players)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 In-season training is typically held on weekday mornings and is subject to change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Please note, there is a two-hour maximum for all appearances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"when-considering-appearance-requests-we-adhere-to-the-criteria-listed-below\"><strong>When considering appearance requests, we adhere to the criteria listed below:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 All requests must be received four weeks prior to the event<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Clearly defined role for the player (i.e. speak to the school, hand out awards, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 No activities with risk of injury or over-exertion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Purpose separate from player\u2019s attendance,&nbsp;as we recommend that your event NOT center on a player\u2019s attendance, but have them serve as a compliment to the overall event<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Our policies allow us to be accommodating to many organizations and events, and&nbsp;submitting a request does not guarantee your organization will receive a player appearance&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"contact\"><strong>Contact<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Please reach Stephanie Burdorf (<a href=\"mailto:sburdorf@loucity.com\">sburdorf@loucity.com<\/a>) with any questions about appearances. Note that use\u00a0of the Racing Louisville FC name, logos, and trademarks, and\/or any advertising that implies the support or sponsorship of an event or organization by the club or the NWSL must be approved in writing by Racing Louisville FC.
