Back from the graveyard, the sights and sounds of Halloween. Some will imitate the angel of death. You look great. You look great. Others will imitate the movies for their disguise. Like just. Someone put Catwomanlike thoughts into Marla Strachan's head. He just said, I look like Michelle Pfeiffer as the night went on. He told me I look like Catwoman at Caulfield's, Louisville's oldest novelty shop. Presidents are still big, from Kennedy to Carter to Nixon to Bush and Reagan. But this Halloween, the real beaut is Newt. The Newt Gingrich mask, complete with the speaker's own smirk, is hotter than the contract with America. He's, I think, *** character that people like to make fun of, and he's real popular among *** lot of our Southern customers. For those of you who wouldn't look cute as Newt, there's always the season's number one seller. It's *** testimony to OJ mania. Judge Ito without glasses. That's *** scary looking Judge scary. And there's Judge Ito with glasses and the robe. Order in the court. Before we forget, those of you looking for OJ among Caulfield's many masks might want to shop elsewhere. To controversial. Well, here's *** frightening little fact. Halloween has its own busiest shopping day of the year. It's the Saturday before Halloween. Here at Caulfields, you'll definitely be fighting the crowds, but some folks like to make the Saturday before Halloween *** ghoulish shopping ritual.
